A Fistful Of Almonds

are better snacks than chips or cookies. They’re a protein-rich, low GI food, so they do not cause a sudden spike in blood sugar. Plus, almonds are rich in potassium and iron that are essential for maintaining energy levels.(was came across to a health topic regarding ALMONDS in a nutrition-related-magazine and yet found out something to share with you all =>)
